she worked as a project manager at Strix Television with a variety of large television
productions such as Survivor, Top Model and The Farm.
Veronica
has a solid background and has worked hands-on in television production

over 10 years. Parallel to production planning and sales of new
productions,
she obtained a degree in business economics.

addition to her great knowledge of the craft of producing television
Veronica
is hard to beat at bowling.
JONAS LINNANDER-MANFRED

Jonas set up and headed the PR & Marketing department prior to becoming the Head of Sales at Strix. Jonas has a background in the travel industry, working in all major European countries.
He holds a Law degree from Stockholm University and is currently adding Dutch as one of his spoken languages, along with Swedish, English, French and Spanish.

Johan started his career within the television industry at Lundin & CO. For more than seven years, he has been the Executive Producer of some of the most popular and most watched TV shows on Swedish television.
Johan has, among many things, produced ‘Deal or no Deal’, ‘Farmer Wants a Wife’, ‘Kristallen’ (Swedish TV prize gala) and ‘Svenska Idrottsgalan’ (Swedish Annual Sports gala) for three consecutive years. In addition, Johan is a big fan of US drama series ‘West Wing’.

Ylva has been Head of Development, Executive Producer and part of the team at Strix Television for 10 years. In addition to this, she was the creative mastermind behind the games featured in 10 consecutive seasons of ‘Survivor’ as well as serving as the driving force behind the games featured in ‘The Farm’.
Ylva has a background in advertising, commercials and feature films as well as rock video producing. Apart from her media background, Ylva has played soccer for over 30 years.
PIA SÖDERHORN

Pia holds a degree
in international economics from the University of Uppsala. She has worked
within the music industry since the late 1980’s holding management positions at
a number of international companies.
After having done pretty much everything within the music industry, her last
position was as CFO at Live Nation, Pia was ready for a new challenge. She
joined Silverback in 2009.
EVA ALANEN

Eva has a solid background in the television industry. For over seven years, she worked as a project manager at Strix Television with a variety of large television productions such as Survivor, Top Model and a number of productions within the current affairs genre.
Before entering the Swedish media world, Eva worked at the Finnish public broadcaster YLE in a number of different projects. Apart from having Finnish as her mother tongue, Eva used to be a top-notch furnitue sales manager in her previous career.

Holding a Master Science degree in Industrial Economy, Sigrid has a wide experience from the interactive TV media business.
She started out in the industry working with TV4's interactive channel and has held positions as on air promotion manager at TV3 and ZTV. Before joining the Talpa team, Sigrid was working as project manager at MTG New Media.

Alexander has worked in television for many years. He started out at Strix Television and has since then worked for most major Swedish production companies. He has a background as editor, postproduction producer and producer combined with an acute interest in everything technological.
Exploring how things work (or sometimes how they could/should work) is a passion. Whether it’s something technological, how to tell a story, design a workflow or simply learn why people do what they do doesn’t matter, as long as there’s something new to learn.

Formally trained at Berghs School of Communication, Maria worked as copywriter for 6 years for a number of Sweden’s biggest advertising firms. During the turn of the century IT-era she was Creative Director at Icon Medialab and Framfab, two of the most renowned companies at the time.
She started out in the TV industry working as creative developer and executive editor for Strix Television and later MTV Mastiff. Maria used to be a professional skiing teacher in the north of Sweden.

David is one of the most well known TV hosts at the public broadcaster SVT in Sweden. He started out his career in TV industry working as an Executive Producer for several shows at Swedish youth channel ZTV.
David holds a degree in TV-history from Stockholm University. He loves basketball, hip-hop, The Wire and Entourage and is hugely scared of cats.

Jennie is formerly trained within the Traveling Industry. She landed her first job at one of Sweden’s biggest sports clothing companies, Intersport.
Jennie moved into the Telecom Industry in 2005 and worked in a number of positions at Sweden’s leading mobile provider within 3G, Hi3G Access AB. Among other, as Sales Manager within both the end consumer and the business sector. Jennie is a renowned globetrotter and is fluent in German, English and Swedish.
